Returns

Due to personal configuration and design on our printed products the custom orders are NON RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed. According to the EU laws the seller is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration or design due to a mistake by us, please contact within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items to receive a correct order at no extra cost. Remember to check PRINT FILE REQUIREMENTS because incorect order with misspelling or error in the uploaded print file will NOT be refunded!

Damage in Shipping

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us if the item has been damaged. Please report the damage within 48 hours to ieva@tint.lv. Please email us images of the damaged item, as well as photos of the box the damaged item was shipped in. We must have the images in order to notify the shipping company and file the necessary damage claims. After claim is presented to the shipping company, we will arrange to have damaged items and their packaging inspected, returned and replaced. IMPORTANT: Please keep original shipping containers and packaging your item was received in, as they are needed for inspection. If a damaged parcel has been delivered, You can also refuse to sign the proof of delivery and inform us of that by sending an email to ieva@tint.lv.
